Hi! We're the Stitzer Sisters.

What started as a simple idea to bake together has grown into something we never imagined - a small family microbakery serving our local community with naturally fermented sourdough bread.

Every loaf is mixed, shaped, scored, and baked with care by our family. Along the way, the sisters are learning lessons that reach far beyond baking. They're discovering the value of teamwork, responsibility, math, entrepreneurship, serving others, and taking pride in creating something with their own hands.

We believe good bread starts with good ingredients and intentional choices. Our goal is to keep every loaf as simple, wholesome, and close to nature as possible. That's why we use organic flour, filtered water, Celtic sea salt, and a long, natural fermentation process. We also choose unbleached parchment paper and clean our baking space with non-toxic cleaning products because we believe every part of the process that touches our food deserves the same care and attention as the ingredients themselves.

Every loaf reflects our commitment to making bread as wholesome, natural, and thoughtfully crafted as we possibly can, using ingredients and practices we feel good about from start to finish.

If we wouldn’t feel good serving it to our family, we won’t serve it to yours!

Thank you for supporting our family's dream. Every loaf you purchase helps us continue learning, growing, and sharing something we're truly passionate about.

From our family to yours,
The Stitzer Sisters

Our Mission

Our mission is to nourish our community with wholesome, handcrafted sourdough bread made from organic ingredients, traditional methods, and the loving care of three sisters. We believe that what we put into our bodies matters because you are what you eat. That's why every loaf is made with intention, patience, and carefully chosen ingredients, creating bread that is both nourishing and delicious.
