Common Questions
What makes your sourdough different?
Our bread is made using a traditional sourdough starter and a slow, natural fermentation process. We use only organic ingredients, filtered water, and Celtic sea salt. Our dough naturally ferments for 12–24 hours, allowing the wild yeast and beneficial bacteria to develop flavor and texture. Every loaf is handcrafted in small batches by our family with the belief that simple, wholesome ingredients make the best bread.
Are your ingredients organic?
Yes! We use organic flour and carefully selected organic ingredients in every loaf. We believe that what we put into our bodies matters because you are what you eat. That's why we never use preservatives, artificial ingredients, or unnecessary additives.
How should I store my bread?
Because our sourdough is made without preservatives, it's best enjoyed fresh within a few days. If you won't finish it right away, store it in the refrigerator after a few days. For longer storage, slice the loaf (if it's not already sliced) and freeze it. Simply toast or warm the slices whenever you're ready to enjoy them.
How do I order?
Orders can be placed through our website or by calling / texting 914-362-8722. We offer weekly pickup in Bedford, New York, with delivery available for large-quantity orders. We'll notify you as soon as your bread is fresh from the oven and ready for pickup or delivery.
Do you offer wholesale or special orders?
Yes! We welcome wholesale, catering, and large-order inquiries from coffee shops, cafés, local businesses, restaurants, and special events. We'd love to help provide fresh, handcrafted sourdough for your customers or guests.
